Ticket Women’s health event – Day 2 – Sunday 28th September
9:45am > 3pm

The day begins with a invigorating pelvic yoga class – Happy Hips. After the yoga session, fresh infusions will be offer to those who were with us on the first day and at the same time others will visit around the herb farm to identify and lear about aromatic and medicinal herbs. The workshop will take place shortly after and will focus on immune resilience, ways to detox, and kickstart healthy weight loss gently, naturally. Learn about key herbs, make your own remedies, and leave with practical tools to feel lighter, more energised, and empowered.

The picnic lunch will take place around 2 pm followed by an open shop of Be Aromatic products.

In the end of the day the Pop-up clinic with Claire Goulding will take place, for those who booked in advance (see details below).
