Ticket Women’s health event – 2 Days – 27th and 28th September<\/strong><\/p>

DAY 1<\/strong>
10am > 7pm<\/p>

We will start the day with a pelvic pilates class, where we will learn relaxation and pelvic strengthening techniques.
After the class, we will have a short break for a tea infusion, followed by a visit around the herb farm tour to identify and learn about various aromatic and medicinal plants.
Enjoy a relaxed picnic lunch with dishes based on recipes from the Sal Verde cookbook.
After this balanced meal, we will begin the first Workshop \u2013 Hormonal Health and Plants with Herbalist Claire Goulding: a 3-hour workshop of practical tips, herbal knowledge and demonstrations of the use of plants.
At the end of the day you will enjoy a relaxing concert of sound healing with Tibetan bowls.<\/p>

DAY 2<\/strong>
9:45am > 3pm<\/p>

The day begins with a stimulating pelvic yoga class \u2013 Happy Hips. After the yoga session, fresh infusions will be offer to those who were with us on the first day and at the same time others will visit the farm to identify and lear about aromatic and medicinal herbs. The workshop will take place shortly after and will focus on immune resilience, ways to detox, and kickstart healthy weight loss gently, naturally Learn about key herbs, make your own remedies, and leave with practical tools to feel lighter, more energised and empowered.<\/p>

The picnic lunch will take place around 2 pm followed by an open shop of Be Aromatic products.
In the end of the day the Pop-up clinic with Claire Goulding will take place, for those who booked in advance (see details below).<\/p>
