Instructions:

– Infuse in hot water for 5-7 minutes

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) has fortifying properties and is used to combat physical and mental fatigue.

The ritual of burning herbs has long been a common practice in many cultures around the world. Generally associated with spiritual rituals to ward off bad energy, the health benefits are more than scientifically proven. Smoke, resulting from smudge herb sticks, has strong antiseptic properties and the particular ability to inhibit and destroy bacteria. Rosemary as the main herb, bay leaf and cedar as a complement, are the herbs selected by us and which are part of this smudge stick. Herbs of biological origin and dried naturally in a protected environment.

May this ritual serve as a positive reason, whether to clear bad energy or to cleanse the environment. Cleanse and purify whenever you feel the need and always try to be calm.

"Rosmarinus Officinalis" is a popular and versatile plant, planted throughout our farm, especially near plantations, as it is a shrub that flowers all year round and is therefore an essential source of food for our bees.
Known mainly for its effectiveness as a stimulant of the nervous system and the brain, improving cerebral circulation, concentration and memory.
It has fortifying properties and is used to combat physical and mental fatigue. Also applied as an anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial, stimulates blood circulation, facilitates digestion and liver function, helps healing, improves hair health, relieves symptoms of depression, headaches, menstrual pain and toothache.

With a strong aroma and flavor, the leaves can be used fresh or dried, but always in moderation.
It goes very well with meat, especially pork or lamb, in potato or vegetable roasts, and it goes surprisingly well in sweets when combined with honey and fruits such as pear, apple, quince or orange. Excellent for flavoring bread or pasta, combined with olive oil, for example, in a good focaccia. See recipe in our Sal Verde Book.
